Is the Steel from Sheffield?

All our rings are guaranteed to be made from 100% Sheffield stainless steel. All our rings have certification that provides full traceable origin. Our certificate of conformity is available to view in our showroom. Style is important, but so too is knowing that a product is of high quality and has been responsibly manufactured and sold.

 

Will My Ring Go Rusty?

Stainless steel does not corrode, rust or stain with water as ordinary steel does.
TIAGO offers a lifetime free aftercare service for all our Sheffield Steel Products.

 

How Long do the Sheffield Steel Rings take to make?

We carry most of the Sheffield Steel rings in stock, so if no personalisation is required we can usually dispatch rings the same day if you order before 1pm. If personalisation is required on your ring the dispatch time is usually between 3-6 weeks depending on specification, but we will endevour to get orders out as quickly as we can.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number for the parcel.

If you have left it a little late or need something sooner than these delivery times, or for a specific date, then please call us on +44(0) 114 258 5020 and we will do everything we can to meet your deadline.

 

Can I Personalise My Ring?

Yes, you can! All our rings can be personalised to suit any taste and design idea! We use the most up to date laser engraving technologies for engraving a wide range of styles.
We can also incorporate old family heirlooms that are no longer worn into our Sheffield Steel Rings using our BESPOKE service.

What if I need to Cancel My Order?

If you wish to cancel an order placed online please phone us on +44(0) 114 258 5020
Please note that orders cannot be cancelled after they have been dispatched. If your order has been dispatched then we are unable to redirect it, so please follow our returns instructions in the ‘Returns and Exchanges’.
Purchases exempt from both the refund and exchange policies, unless they are structurally faulty are:

  • Bespoke pieces (commission work)
  • Customised pieces (pieces that have been altered from their original design shown online.)

What If My Ring Is The Wrong Size?

When ordering rings online it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have ordered the correct size. We are happy to exchange standard rings in an average finger size free of charge. Postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that the original postage costs are not refundable and we do not accept any responsibility for the return postage costs. Exceptions to this are if an item is faulty upon receipt.

 

What if my Delivery is Late or Lost?

Late and Lost Deliveries
If your delivery has been delayed, then please contact us and we will provide you with the tracking number to enable you to locate it with Royal Mail.
We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of dispatch (30 days for international items) – this is when the Royal Mail classes items as being lost.
TIAGO cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.

 

Do I need to make an appointment?

We welcome anyone to pop in and have a look around at anytime.
However, we advise to book an appointment during busy periods or if you want to an appointment with a certain team member. Call us on 0114 258 5020.

 

Do you sell gift cards?

The answer is YES!
Giftcards can be bought in store from £20.00
