What are our opening hours?
Our opening hours are Tuesday-Friday 10.00am-5.30pm | Saturday 9.00am-5.00pm
Do I have to have an appointment?
We are asking for all our customers to support us by making an appointment to reduce waiting times outside the store as we will now only allow a limited number of customers in the store due to social distancing regulations.
Do I need to wear PPE to enter the store?
Yes. From 24th July it is compulsory to wear a face mask in all shops.
Can I still try jewellery on?
Yes. We will ensure all jewellery is thoroughly cleaned in between customers. We request that on entering the store you use the hand sanitiser provided.
Can I still make payments by cash?
Yes. We will still accept cash, however contactless payments are encouraged.
Are you still providing a repair service?
Yes. You are more than welcome to call us and book a time slot to drop in repairs. However, in the current situation our repair service is not classed at essential work and with us limited by the number of staff members we can safely have in our workshop our repair service turn around is currently between 3-6 weeks.
Hi Everyone, thank you for everyone that has contacted us and for being so patient.
We are planning our way forward and having been away from the business for nearly 3months we are working hard to catch up.
We are planning a staggered implementation of our services and initially will be focusing on the collection of goods that have been with us through this period of lock down.
We may be onsite but not yet in a position to invite visitors casually to our premises until all necessary precautions are taken to ensure the safety of everyone, staff and clients alike.
As you can appreciate there has been an awful lot of disruption to our work load and we are returning to work with a view of working on the priority commissions/repairs and sales.
We have contacted all of our clients that were due to get married or have work carried out, if we have not been in touch please don’t worry we shall be shortly.
We will be adopting an appointment only service for collections as well as consultations, to avoid having too many in the store at any one time and to allow us to clean between visitors, If you would like to arrange for your goods to be posted out to you please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we shall send them to the address we have on record free of charge.
If your wedding has been rearranged for next year and the work wasn’t complete we shall get to it as soon as possible, likewise if you are a new client looking for wedding rings for next year, our priority currently are the existing clients we have, we can generally make most wedding rings in a 4 to 6 week period so for a wedding taking place next year there is plenty of time.
